Shipping Policy

At Soleil & Sage, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted at checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier
Transit time begins once your order has shipped, not when it is placed
Delivery times are not guaranteed

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays

While we ship orders promptly, Soleil & Sage is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS or other shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Service disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Soleil & Sage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges.
