RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Edit of Style. Because our pieces are thoughtfully sourced and often one of a kind, we provide detailed descriptions, measurements and photographs to help you choose with confidence.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact Edit of Style within the 14-day return period before sending the item back.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Free from fragrance, smoke, pet hair, makeup and other signs of wear
• Returned with all original and Edit of Style tags attached
• Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Edit of Style cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return:

• Items clearly marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Personal-shopping or styling-service fees
• Items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged after delivery

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Every secondhand item is carefully inspected, and any noticeable wear or imperfections will be disclosed in the listing. Please contact us within three days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe an important condition issue was not disclosed. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.

FIT AND COLOR

Measurements are provided as a guide because sizing varies by brand, style and age. Please compare the listed measurements with a similar garment you already own. Slight color differences may occur because of lighting and screen settings; these differences are not considered defects.
